Families and Work: A Chance for Change

The Family Leave Bill is due to be published this autumn, affecting children, parents, workers and employers. Come along and have your say on how Government policies can help to balance work and family life.

The Irish Congress of Trade Unions, National Women’s Council of Ireland and Start Strong invite you to a seminar on Thursday 25 September to discuss the future of family leave, including parental leave, maternity leave and paternity leave, breastfeeding supports and work-life balance policies.

The seminar will be addressed by the Minister for Justice and Equality, Frances Fitzgerald TD.

Keynote speaker: Peter Moss, Emeritus Professor of Early Childhood Provision, Institute of Education, University of London.
Chair: Mary Regan, Political Editor, Irish Examiner.
