As CEO, Susan provides direction and leadership toward achievement of the organisation's philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals and objectives. The CEO manages the organisation and ensures implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation and with the Chair, has the responsibility for enabling the Board to fulfil its governance function. The CEO also plays a critical and visible role within the NGO and women's sector and particularly with NWCI members, serving as a spokesperson, facilitator and catalyst around the organisation's mission and programmes.
Orla O'Connor
Head of Policy
Orla is a member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for the overall co-ordination of the integrated Policy and Practice programme and management of the policy team within the NWCI and for the development of policy positions for the NWCI through a consultative and participative process with affiliates and the women's sector.
Rachel Doyle
Head of Outreach and Support
Rachel is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the management, development and implementation of the NWCI's outreach and support programme to its affiliates and to the women's sector. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners.
Maureen Kelly
Head of Finance and Operations
Maureen is responsible for the integrity, quality and effective management of the NWCI finances and for the management of administrative operations in line with the Strategic Plan. She is also responsible for Health & Safety, Human Resources practices and acts as the Company Secretary.
Anne Gibney
Administrator
Anne is the first point of contact when members contact the NWCI, the PA to the CEO and event co-ordinator.
