This course aims to help participants take stock of their current situation, assess their strengths and weaknesses and identify career opportunities and threats in their workplace. This is a practical course which will help participants turn that self analysis into a realistic career plan, prepare CVs and develop self confidence to communicate effectively at selection interview.
