Trauma Informed Care - Women’s Mental Health Network event

On the 13th May, 2019, the National Women's Council of Ireland with St Patrick's Mental Health Services hosted the third meeting of the Women's Mental Health Network, which looked at Trauma Informed Care.

We were delighted to have Dr Iseult Twamley, Senior Clinical Psychologist & Open Dialogue Clinical Lead with West Cork Mental Health Service, present on the day along with Anne Cronin, Head of Homelessness Services for national homeless and housing charity Novas, and Aoife Dermody, who co-founded Quality Matters, who also presented.

The event closed with a Q&A session with lots of participation from the audience.
