Limerick Feminist Network want us all to have a Good Night Out!

Published: Tuesday, August 26, 2014

The Limerick Feminist netowrk are launching an anti-harassment campaign, Good Night Out. The premise is simple; they want pubs, bars and clubs across Limerick to take a zero tolerance approach to the harassment of all of their patrons - most notably female and those from the LGBTQ community.

They are approaching venues to sign a pledge and promise to take harassment seriously and deal with any incidents that may occur on their premises in a compassionate, professional and swift manner.  They have received support from Rape Crisis Network Ireland, Rape Crisis Midwest, Mary Immaculate College Student's Union, The University of Limerick Student's Union, Limerick Institute of Technology Student's Union and GOSHH, and now from National Women's Council of Ireland and The Y Factor.

Find them on Facebook and Twitter (@GNOLimerick) and make donations to this great campaign here.
