Diverse Ireland – chances and challenges for minorities in society and the workplace

Ireland has become an increasingly diverse country over the last two decades, with 535,475 non-Irish nationals from 200 nations living in Ireland reported in the 2016 census. This increase in diversity goes hand in hand with many chances and challenges.

Women in Research Ireland invite you to join us for our ‘Seen and Heard’ lunchtime seminar with Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection, Regina Doherty. We will discuss challenges facing minorities in society and the workplace, and ways of building a fairer and more inclusive society.

The event will kick off at 1pm in the Paccar Theatre in Science Gallery Trinity Dublin.

Starts: 5 April 2019 13:00
Ends: 5 April 2019 14:00
Location: The event will kick off at 1pm in the Paccar Theatre in Science Gallery Trinity Dublin.
