Pre-legislative scrutiny of the General Scheme of the Gender Pay Gap Information Bill

NWCI, ICTU, SIPTU, and Fórsa jointly wrote to the Joint Committee on Justice and Equality regarding the General Scheme of Gender Pay Gap Information Bill. While we warmly welcomed the spirit and direction of the General Scheme, we asked the Committee to consider a number of matters that we believed would serve to strengthen its overall scope.
