The National Women’s Council (NWC) is the leading national women’s membership organisation seeking equality for women. We represent 190-member groups from a diversity of backgrounds, sectors and locations.
This is an exciting time for NWC. Change is happening for women in Ireland and we would like you to be part of that. If you have a good understanding of women’s equality, are a strong communicator, can build relationships and are interested in working with a leading national women’s organisation we want you!
We are looking for you to join the team based in Dublin. Due to Covid-19 restrictions it is expected the person appointed will work from home until end January 2021. This will be reviewed mid-January. This post is a full-time position and offered on an initial one-year contract.
The Women’s Leadership Co-ordinator will lead the NWC’s work in achieving its objectives in advancing women’s participation and leadership in all levels and at decision-making fora in Ireland, in line with our Strategic Plan 2016-2020 and 2020-2024
