What a DPO is – an overview, acronyms and General Comment 7
The forms DPOs take
The role of DPOs under the UNCRPD
What DPOs look like internationally
The role of DPOs in consultation monitoring processes.
Challenges facing DPOs in Ireland today
The benefits of joining or working with DPOs

The event will be DPO-led from our membership.
There will be a panel discussion towards the end of the session with time for Q&A too.

We hope this will benefit not only disabled people and DPOs, but also public bodies, disability organisations and allies who might want to learn more about DPOs and how they might involve or consult them in their work.
