Glow NI is a Belfast- based charity, working regionally across Northern Ireland, dedicated to improving the mental health, emotional wellbeing, and self-worth of women and girls. Established to meet the growing need for community-based, preventative mental health support, Glow NI works to empower women and girls to build resilience and confidence - especially those who have experienced trauma or adversity. Their vision is a society where every woman and girl can thrive and reach their full potential, in an environment that is free from stigma, fear, and shame. Through their tailored and trauma-informed personal development and wellbeing programmes, create safe, inclusive spaces where women and girls can reconnect with themselves and develop practical tools for managing their mental health. Glow NI’s work is designed to complement and enhance statutory services by addressing early intervention and prevention, ensuring that women and girls receive timely support before reaching crisis point.
