We are recruiting for a Finance Officer

The ambition of the National Women’s Council is an Ireland where every woman enjoys true equality and no woman is left behind. This ambition shapes and informs our work, and, with our living values, how we work. We are a movement-building organisation rooted in our membership, working on the whole island of Ireland. We are also part of the international movement to protect and advance women’s and girls’ rights. Our purpose is to lead action for the achievement of women’s equality through mobilising, influencing, and building solidarity.

NWC is currently recruiting for a Finance Officer. This is an exciting time for NWC. Change is happening for women in Ireland and we would like you to be part of that. If you have a good understanding of women’s equality, are a strong communicator, can build relationships and are interested in working with a leading national women’s organisation we want you!

We are looking for you to join the team based in Dublin. Due to Covid restrictions we are working from home until further notice. This post is for an initial period of 12 months on a 3-day week.
