Submission to the Independent COVID-19 Evaluation

NWC's submission to Ireland’s COVID-19 Evaluation, an independent non-statutory entity. This submission will contribute to the Evaluation's report, following the conclusion of the public consultation. This submission recognises that gender emerged as a significant factor in the social, economic, and health effects of COVID-19. To illustrate these impacts, we have focused on three thematic areas: women’s health, Domestic, Sexual and Gender Based Violence (DSGBV), and women's economic equality – with lessons for stronger, gender-responsive future planning
