NEW initiative entitled 'Spot the Woman' is set to become an issue in Europe - all thanks to a meeting at the d Hotel in Drogheda!
As part of the visit of the European Commission Vice President Margot Wallstrom to Louth on Friday, a meeting of women's groups took place and that's where the idea blossomed.
