Invitation to tender for evaluation of Y Factor Project

The NWCI's 'Y Factor' project is inviting tenders from experienced and competent individuals or organisations to carry out an ongoing, inductive evaluation of the project over the period January 2013 to May 2015. The Y Factor is an exciting initiative which aims to support and empower young people to become advocates for women's equality. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the outcomes, processes and effectiveness of the project, the findings of which should inform the ongoing direction and management of the project. The closing date for receipt of tenders is 5pm on Wednesday 9th January 2013, with interviews taking place on Wednesday 16th January following shortlisting.
