Tackling the Shadow Employer Role: Improving state/community sector employer relations

The consultation is part of a project which aims to develop proposed rules of engagement between statutory funders and community sector employers, including boundaries, rights and responsibilities.

The project has been established in response to growing evidence of inappropriate interventions by funders in the operation of community organisations and the consultation groups will provide an opportunity for community sector employers to discuss what should be in the rules of engagement.
